*** The record on LDS film #0086957 Register of Protestant Church at
Guines page 113 erroneously reads: "1676 janvier -- Jacob, fils
de Jacob THEVELIN et de Marie BUNNE, bat. a Calais le 9e. P.
Isaac THEVELIN. M. Marie CHEVALLIER. N. au fort brulé le 28e
octobre.". In a second record on page 237, the
correct parents are shown but the place of birth as Marcq. In
all the marriages (of Jacob b. 1675, Isaac b. 1677 and Pierre b.1679)
also recorded in this film, Marie BUNNE is described as the
mother of these three brothers.
Following the research into the BTs of the Parishes of
Swalescliffe and Herne undertaken by Andrea Vogel in Dec 2001 it
has been possible to conclude that the Jacob[X] married to
Magdalen CLARK is the same Jacob as Jacob[3] son of Jacob[1] and
Anne CHEVALIER born in Marcq.
